Returns & Refunds

Tekwarepro committed to provide customers with quality products at the ex-factory price and on-time delivery service. We will pass on any savings direct to you, our customers should keep in mind:

Delivery Time = Handling Time + Shipping Time (+ any holidays)

Handling Time
Most online orders may take up to 2-4 days to process before shipping from our warehouse (Exclude Weekends).

Shipping within the US
Most US online orders will be shipped from our CA, MI and NY warehouse by USPS Priority Mail Service(Excludes Weekend). Estimated delivery dates depend on location and are typically scheduled to arrive 3-7 days(may longer due to outbreak) after an order has shipped.

Shipping to other countries
Other countries estimated delivery dates depend on location, normally take around 1-3 weeks. 

However, due to our inability to control transportation, the arrival time will be different according to the actual situation. 

Has my order been dispatched yet?

Most orders are generally dispatched within 2-4 days (Excludes Weekend), sometimes longer. You will receive a dispatched email when your order has been dispatched, please check your SPAM/Junk box just in case it slips in there. If you cannot find your dispatch email, contact us at info@tekwarepro.com and we can give you real-time information on whether your order has been dispatched or not. It always takes 1 to 2 days before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@tekwarepro.com

Payment:
You may purchase merchandise from tekwarepro.com by using any one of the payment options listed. Tekwarepro reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

Return Policy:
We do not accept any return merchandise without Return merchandise authorization or shipped out over 30 days from delivery date.

Return must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product. No Exceptions.

Products return must be in new & resalable condition. They will be inspected upon receipt.

Shipping Charges Are Non-Refundable. This includes shipping to customer & back to our warehouse. Any order with free shipping will be assessed standard shipping charges.

Refund will be made after merchandise is returned back to us and after inspection.
